Camp Gan Israel Registration Process
New Families
Please fill out the New Family Form and hold tight. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.
Returning Families
Please fill out the Online Registration Form.
Please note the following:
1) 25% of your total due will be charged to your card upon registration. The remainder will be processed upon your acceptance.
2) All camp forms, waivers, and physical and immunization records must be printed, filled out, and brought to the office.
3) Once all documents are received, we will review your information, and a confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance.
4) Please understand that the regular rates for camp are as follows:
- Registration fee $130 (per camper)
- Regular and Mini Gan $285 (per week)
- Pioneers $360 (per week)
In order to receive early bird savings, all documents must be in the office by May 31st.
5) Please use this checklist to ensure you have all your documents:
- Camp Forms and Waivers
- Physical Records
- Immunization Records
In the event that the bunk/group is full or we are unable to accommodate your child, your payment will be reimbursed
